Esso Lubricants has achieved Europe-wide ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems Standards certification from Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Ltd (LRQA).

The certification covers the whole operation from product development through customer support and is the culmination of two years' work to develop a European Quality Management system throughout Esso Lubricants' operation. LRQA awarded Esso the ISO 9001 standard after reviewing and auditing their activities. Although many companies, including Esso affiliates, have received ISO certification in individual countries, Esso has now been certified on a Europe-wide basis.
