Howmet International Inc. informs us that James R. Stanley has been appointed senior vice-president and chief operating officer. Prior to this promotion, James, an eight-year veteran of the company, had been senior vice-president, North American Operations.
In his new position, James will assume responsibility for Howmet's world-wide sales and manufacturing operations.
