Air traffic control services company, Avionic Services plc, has recently appointed Thomas C. Glucklich as its chairman.
Formerly the chief executive of Lazard Ventures and finance director of the Industrial Product Division at BICC Ltd, Glucklich is presently the chairman of Capital Strategies, mysharesonline.com and Strategic People. He is also a non-executive director of Fenner plc.
Avionic chief executive, Gareth Rowe, said: "Tom's appointment will help raise our profile, attract institutional shareholders, and provide valuable expertise and knowledge to the expanding business".
