Bridport, the aerospace textile specialist group, reports that it has secured contracts from the Boeing Company to supply Cargo Barrier Nets for the 737-700C, 757-200SF and 767-200SF freighter aircraft.

The 737 contract, with the Puget Sound division of the Boeing Company, covers the C-40A convertible version of the aircraft currently under construction and provides a crash barrier for this new derivative of the 737.

The 757 contract, with Boeing Airplane Services at Long Beach, provides a net for the cargo conversion to the 757 which is due to enter service in the first quarter of 2001. The 767 contract, again with Boeing Airplane Services, but from the Wichita facility, provides a net for the freighter conversion to the 767-200.
