Radamec Defence Systems managing director, Andy Yates, and Jean Pierre Talamoni, sales and marketing director of Matra BAe Systems, recently signed an agreement between the two companies to jointly market a lightweight naval launcher for the Mistral air defence missile.
Commenting on the significance of the agreement, Andy Yates said: "This is a milestone development in co-operation between two European companies that are leaders in their separate fields. By working together, Radamec and Matra BAe will benefit in the long term with the development of leading-edge, cost effective defence systems".
