Keyword: Euroceltic Airways

The new regional carrier Euroceltic Airways reports that it has established a line engineering base in Waterford Airport, Eire, in support of its step-up of the London Luton to Waterford schedule to twice daily. The airline, which only launched in February has increased its daily service to double daily every weekday. One daily flight is offered on Saturday and Sunday. The airline has a start-up fleet of two Fokker 27s.

Euroceltic chief engineer Iain Grindley oversees the operation from the airline's base at Luton Airport, but Senior F27 licensed engineer James Distill and his four-person team of aircraft specialists will cover the Waterford line station.
