Learning and development manager
Dunlop Aerospace has appointed Simon Cutler Learning and Development manager at its headquarters in Coventry. In his new position, he will be responsible for developing training and personal development programmes at three operations on the Coventry site: Dunlop Aerospace Braking Systems (DABS), Dunlop Aerospace Ice Protection & Composites (DAIPC) and Dunlop Aerospace services (DAS) (Plate 14).

Simon joins Dunlop from the supermarket chain Somerfield where he was Management Development Consultant with responsibility for 120 stores in Southern England. He has extensive experience in the field of training and human resources principally in the retail sector. A graduate of Bournemouth University, he is member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Management (M.C.I.P.D.) and has D32 & D33 training qualifications in relation to NVQ assessment.
