A new company in the aviation industry

A new company in the aviation industry

Silver AeroSpace – a new aviation design company recently came into being. Silver AeroSpace acquired the aerospace activities from INCAT Aircraft Engineering, thereby continuing and ensuring highly qualified aerospace employment in the Netherlands

Silver AeroSpace reports that it will continue to provide the same level engineering design capability, as was the case within INCAT. This will be achieved through the fact that all personnel have been taken aboard by Silver AeroSpace, and the management structure has been kept intact.

Currently Sliver AeroSpace employs 58 specialists in various fields of Aircraft design. This makes Silver AeroSpace the largest privately owned engineering company in Holland that works in the field of Aircraft engineering.

The primary market of Silver AeroSpace will remain the European Aircraft Industry in which many large projects have been started or will start in the near future. Programs such as the A400M, but also the A380, of which Silver Aerospace already have the responsibility for the design of the innerflap.

It is expected that in the coming years, despite the collapse of Fairchild-Dornier multiple projects will ensure a significant growth potential for Silver AeroSpace. Silver AeroSpace’s mission is to ensure further development of the aircraft design industry in the Netherlands, and offering its expertise to a wide array of customers both in the civil as well as in the military sector.

Silver AeroSpace is member of the DevAero group. The DevAero group is a cluster of Dutch companies that have joined forces in order to compete for larger project in the aviation industry.
