Nigel Hartley has been appointed quality manager at NPL Technologies one of the world's largest toolmaker (Plate 12).
This role will be in addition to his current responsibilities as project manager, Blow Mould Tooling.

Previously the quality manager's job was the responsibility of the production manager which could have led to a potential conflict of interest.
Nigel will review all the quality procedures and ensure the implementation of an integrated management system including the quality standard ISO 9001/2000 and the environmental standard ISO 14001.
