Aerosolutions recently announced the availability of an online test preparation tool for the Joint Aviation Authorities (JAA) JAR-66 basic knowledge examinations. Known as “Aeolus”, the e-learning application uses the very successful “Abacus” testing engine to facilitate student training.

The extensive Aeolus database contains over 8,000 verified questions that cover all 17 subject modules and allows training for A, B1 and B2 maintenance engineer licenses. “Our users are able to access Aeolus using the Internet at any time and at any place. Different modules within the program allow students to increase their knowledge while records are being kept of all test scores. Also, the maintenance training organisations are able to assist students studying at home, using a specially developed JAR-147 module,” says Joëlle Haerens, Marketing Manager Aerosolutions.

Aeolus can be used by individual users or by maintenance training organisations and can be purchased online at www.aerosolutions.be Subscribers have complete access to the entire database of questions and are able to discuss topics with other subscribers through the forum.
