EASA validates FAA Certification of Boeing 777 Freighter

The newest member of the Boeing 777 family, the 777 Freighter, recently received its formal stamp of approval from the EASA. EASA validated the US FAA’s February 2009, three type certification of the 777 Freighter.

The certification formally recognises that the 777 Freighter has passed the stringent design and testing requirements mandated by FAA and EASA, clearing the aeroplane for cargo service.
