Baldwin Aviation, which developed SMSplus, a web-based safety management and monitoring program for fixed wing and helicopter flight organizations, and CAP Aviation Consulting Group (CAPACG), providers of flight data monitoring (FDM), have combined their expertise to offer the “Power of Plus,” a complete safety management and FDM package.
