3nd Annual CollECTeR Conference on Electronic Commerce, 29 November 1999, Wellington, New Zealand

CollECTeR '99 is the fourth major initiative of the inter-university research group, CollECTeR (Collaborative Electronic Commerce Technology and Research), and has become an annual event.

Suggested research topics for CollECTeR'99 include (but are not limited to):

  • Supply chain management.

  • Electronic data interchange.

  • Intranets and extranets.

  • Electronic payment systems.

  • Internet-based electronic commerce.

  • Virtual communities/community networks.

  • Logistics issues for electronic commerce.

  • Business reengineering issues for electronic commerce.

  • Government electronic procurement and service delivery.

  • Legal, auditing or security issues for electronic commerce.

  • Requirements engineering approaches for electronic commerce.

  • Health informatics.

Researchers are encouraged to submit either work in progress papers of around 2,000 words or full papers (of around 5,000 words) on completed research. Papers should be original and not previously published. All papers will be refereed by experienced reviewers with expertise in the area. Accepted papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, which will be available at the conference itself.

  • Submission of papers 24 September 1999

  • Notification of acceptance 18 October 1999

  • Submission of final versions 1 November 1999

In keeping with the theme of the conference, papers should be submitted electronically to the Conference Chair in one of the following formats:

  • as an ascii text file in an e-mail message;

  • as a Word for Windows or RTF, attached to an e-mail message;

  • as a Word for Windows file, made available on an ftp server, and notified to the Chair in an e-mail message.
