3rd Northumbria International Conference on Performance Measurement in Libraries and Information, 27-31 August 1999, Longhirst Hall, Northumberland, England

Following two highly successful conferences in 1995 and 1997 the Department of Information and Library Management, University of Northumbria at Newcastle is pleased to announce its 3rd conference in 1999. The conference is for library and information managers in all sectors of library and information services and for research and teaching staff.

Conference presentations are sought in, but not limited to, the following areas:
