Cristóbal Sánchez-Rodríguez received a PhD degree in business management from The University of Murcia, Spain. He is currently an Assistant Professor of Management Information Systems and Supply Chain Management at York University. His current research interests include supply chain management, IT in the supply chain and quality management. His research has been published in the International Journal of Operations & Production Management, International Journal of Production Economics, International Journal of Enterprise & Information Management, and Supply Chain Management: An International Journal, among others.
Ángel R. Martínez-Lorente received a PhD degree in business management from The University of Murcia, Spain. He is currently an Associate Professor of Operations Management at The University of Cartagena. His current research interests include quality management, ISO 9000 and information technology. His research has been published in International Journal of Operations & Production Management, International Journal of Production Research, International Journal of Production Economics, and Industrial Marketing Management, among others.
José G. Clavel received a PhD degree in business management from The University of Murcia, Spain. He is currently an Associate Professor of Quantitative Methods at The University of Murcia. His current research interests include optimization techniques and quality management. His research has been published in Supply Chain Management: An International Journal, European Business Review, and Benchmarking: An International Journal.
