Technic Incorporated have announced the recent sale of Baker Brothers' waste treatment to Kinetico Inc. Technic and Kinetico have entered into an agreement of mutual representation with Technic's Equipment Divisions providing wastewater recycling and metals recovery systems in conjunction with Technic electroplating systems.
In the agreement with Kinetico, Technic's Equipment Division will serve as promotional representatives for Kinetico wastewater treatment equipment and services. The purchase and mutual representation agreements are expected to further enhance Technic's and Kinetico's capabilities in providing comprehensive and integrated wastewater treatment solutions for plating and metal finishing customers worldwide.
