Invotec have been awarded Gold supplier status by the BAE Systems site at Rochester, Kent. This award is a reflection of the many benefits being experienced by Invotec’s customers from the significant investment and resource that the business and its employees have committed to their Continuous Improvement philosophy guided by the SC21 program (21st Century Supply Chain). This program is being driven by the leading UK Aerospace and Defence companies.
Managing Director John Ennis commented “We are justly very proud of our partnership with BAE Systems; this is a prestigious award for meeting very exacting standards over a long period.” John continued[…] “ The key performance indicators in our company have shown sustained improvement over the last two years and we continue to set ourselves ever more demanding targets as we pursue our Company objective of zero defects and full on time delivery to all our customers”.
Lesley Radcliffe, BAE Systems Account Manager for Invotec Group based at the Rochester site added “Invotec’s Gold Award is well deserved and recognises sustained excellence in delivery and quality performance, their contribution and commitment are a significant factor in BAE Systems ability to deliver on it’s own customer commitments”.
