Argues that despite the continuous evolution of new technologies, many organizations remain frustrated at user satisfaction and return on investment of e-learning initiatives. Reflects on 12 years’ experience of designing learning solutions at Ashridge Business School, and unearths common challenges that have emerged from a portfolio of over 200 virtual clients.
