Gearing up for Change

Abstract

Team Action Management is a system of management designed to speed up change within an organisation by overcoming the psychological barriers to innovation and team work. Based on empirical research and practical experience, it overcomes the way in which businesses are often prevented from changing because they are unable to make effective use of the expertise they have.
