Rubber and plastics

Abstract

In terms of a possible career, both the rubber and plastics industries offer a wide range of opportunitites for boys and girls with varied qualifications. Rubber and plastics belong to the same broad family of materials and to a large extent behave in similar ways; because of this they are processed by the same sorts of machines and many companies deal with both classes of product.
