Dealing with shopfloor pilfering

Abstract

Worker participation in management is an attractive catch‐phrase and very much the in‐thing. But unless it can be translated into realistic forms of activity it is meaningless and a waste of effort. Here is one example which shows how worker participation can offer something positive, definite and credible.
