Speculative corporate office

Abstract

Intelligence in buildings — or, to be more realistic, the prospect of intelligence in buildings — is at the leading edge of commercial building provision. Can the facilities manager's traditional route for choosing new premises (over) lead him to that edge — and is it realistic to expect it to?
