Response Times

Abstract

Providing people with sufficient control over their local environment is now acknowledged to be an important part of office design. Good control design is related to response times: the better the controls, the faster the benefits for the occupants. Fast response can also be achieved through excellent management, so deficiencies in the controls environment can sometimes be compensated for by management skills.
