Centrifugally Cast Tube for Rollers

Abstract

The very essence of a roller design causes the engineer to specify cylindrically shaped components, but until the availability of centrifugal high alloy steel, such as Paratube manufactured by APV‐Paramount Ltd. of Crawley, West Sussex, was widely known to designers many alternative, and less attractive raw material routes were utilised.
