THE POST 1974

Abstract

Incoming letter post to the BLLD was examined in order to determine the transit times by first and second class mail. The results are compared with those of a similar check carried out two years previously. In general there appears to be a slight improvement in the postal service since the previous survey, though a higher proportion of borrowers are now using the second class service.
