Library Development in the Post‐war Period: a Second Symposium

Abstract

In this issue we publish further contributions on the subject of the Library Association Council's proposals. We will, of course, be pleased to publish further comments from any angle. If a conference were' held at which the proposals could be discussed, the general views could then be expressed; but, lacking that, this symposium method of eliciting opinions seems most useful.
