Abstract

ONE OF THE problems confronting training officers at iron and steel works is that of presenting elementary chemical reactions in a manner that can be grasped readily by junior operatives. Often, the boys have little previous knowledge of the subject and find difficulty in assimilating the basic concepts from the conventional textbook presentation.
