The Staff College

Abstract

The idea of the Staff College is to select from technical colleges the most promising members of staff working at the higher levels who are likely to be concerned with the organisation and direction of teaching and to put them alongside staff of parallel quality from industry, commerce, the universities, schools and administration for a period of residential study away from their normal daily commitments.
