The Machine‐Tool Laboratory — 1

Abstract

This is an aspect of a college's work which offers greater possibilities for co‐operation with industry than most. The firms sending students benefit directly, but the laboratory can also become a centre for disseminating information on the efficient exploitation of existing and new machines. At the same time, with the help of the manufacturers it can become a force to be reckoned with in furthering progress in the machine tool industry
