Abstract

In the United Kingdom we already know that the Commonwealth Technical Training Week has been a success in the sense that the thousands of functions and events arranged nationally and locally were most efficiently organised and extremely well attended. It is also a reasonable assumption that it has achieved its object which may be stated briefly thus:
