Abstract

This important report and memorandum to the Central Advisory Council is reproduced in full (apart from some minor explanatory detail). The report on the girls, and the conclusions from the whole survey will be given in our next issue. The leading article on page 1 refers to this report. The second part of Mr France's article on the Youth Employment Service, ‘Comments and Criticisms’, has unfortunately had to be postponed, but will also appear next month
