PRACTICAL WORK: IN THE NEW ENGINEERING COURSES … 3
19
Abstract
IF WE are to deal effectively with the new courses, we must get into the habit of thinking of the college workshop as a laboratory for practical subjects rather than as a production unit. By thinking and acting this way, we can extract the maximum advant‐age from the limited time we have available. But there is more to it than just this.
