Abstract
WEST HAM COLLEGE OF TECHNOLOGY and the Extra‐Mural Department of the University of London are engaged in a joint venture to broaden the horizons of technology students. What makes the project particularly challenging is that some 70 per cent of the full‐time students at West, Ham College of Technology come from overseas.
