IN PARLIAMENT: Industrial Training, Management Teachers, CAT Salaries
Abstract
Industrial Training Boards. Shortly after the Training Act became law, Mr Godber announced that he had circulated to the interested industrial organisations draft schedules setting out those activities of the engineering and construction industries which he proposed should be covered by Training Boards, and he was publicising those definitions. He would take into account any views which those organisations might have before making industrial training orders for the two industries, and would be circulating similar drafts for the iron and steel and wool textiles industries in the near future.
