Public relations
Abstract
Public relations is a growth industry. The past ten years have shown a significant increase in the amount spent on the business, as well as a definite broadening both in its definition and application. The past decade has shown that it is not solely concerned with marketing, but that it covers all aspects of communications between any organisation and the audiences it wishes to reach. It does not take much to realise that the permutations within the communications field are almost endless.
