Information Technology Skills Crisis

Abstract

This is a summary of a report by the National Computing Centre (NCC) as a prescription for action to overcome an existing crisis, and represents the culmination of a two‐year programme and consultation with input from over 400 users and supplier organisations and the NCC regional committees.
