Abstract

Even if you don't know what you're doing you're still entitled to do it. The National Society for Mentally Handicapped Children has published Sexual rights of the retarded (15p) comprising two papers: An international point of view, by George W. Lee, Secretary General of the Society, and Sex education for mentally retarded adults in Sweden by George Katz, a consultant psychiatrist. Another recent publication (also 15p) of the Society is One of seven is special—the home training of a retarded child, by Ronald Brown, a parent of one of them.
