The Competition Act
Abstract
The ramifications of the Competition Act, which has just come into effect, and its consequences for retailer and supplier is a highly technical area. It is therefore very much to the credit of William Thomas, the author of this piece, that he has presented us with an interesting and readable rendering of the subject. He has also been at pains to give examples wherever possible, although they are, of course, only examples and not statements of what anti‐competitive practices may be.
