Selling more to your customers is one area of modern retailing examined in a new study The Way Ahead for Sports Retailing published by Storeplan, shop interior specialists from Gravesend, Kent. In this extract, Justin Ashbourn discusses the importance of correct shop layout and merchandise presentation in the quest for increased sales.
