Abstract

Ninth in our series of articles describing centres of corrosion research throughout the world, this article describes the work of the Association Belge pour l'Etude, l'Essai et l'Emploi des Materiaux. (A.B.E.M.) The author, Dr. Daniel Bermane directs the research of this Association's corrosion committee and readers may remember we published a report of the paper which he prepared, jointly with Dr. M. Van Rysselberge, for the Symposium on Structural Steel Protection organised by the Corrosion Group of the Society of Chemical Industry last spring.
