CORROSION COMMENTARY

Abstract

HARWELL VISIT. The Atomic Energy Research Establishment at Harwell is now ten years old and recently held its first series of Open Days for the international and technical Press and university graduates. We were fortunate enough to visit this vast conglomeration of buildings, covering 300 acres, and see something of the work being carried out by hundreds of scientists on research and development work for all aspects of atomic energy directed towards civilian application.
