Abstract

The chemical engineer expects three things from plastics fabricators. Firstly, he expects the fabricators to be specialists at their work and able to meet his specific requirements with an item manufactured for the job. Secondly, he wants to be able to approach the fabricators for advice on the best materials and structure for his requirements. Thirdly, and still too many companies fail on this point, the engineer likes to have a prompt delivery date (which can be relied on) for his materials.
