METAL SPRAYING AT AUSTRALIAN SEWAGE PLANT

Abstract

FOR treating sewage from one of the three major systems at Sydney, S.W., a large new plant is being tailed at Bondi, designed to eliminate any possible nuisance on the arby surf beaches. The plant, longing to the Metropolitan Water, werage and Drainage Board, is being installed 120 ft. underground d investigations have had to be tried out into methods of protecting e steel sections of the workings linst the corrosive action of the wage atmosphere.
