Abstract

Pyrophosphate Bath. Studies conducted at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, have established the suitability of the pyro‐phosphate bath for the electrodeposition of nickel‐copper and nickel‐tungsten alloys. Optimum conditions for obtaining satisfactory deposits of nickel‐copper alloys in the composition range 18 to 55% nickel and of nickel‐tungsten alloys in the composition range 6 to 53% tungsten have been reported.
