Abstract

NPY Activities The activities of the National Productivity Year are now well under way, and each day brings evidence of keen support from technical associations and institutions, and firms in many industries and from all parts of the country. For instance, as a contribution to the NPY the Institution of Mechanical Engineers, under the sponsorship of the British Conference on Automation and Compution, recently organised a conference on education and training for automation and computation.
