Abstract

DTI support for new projects at Paint Research Association. At a recent meeting the Non‐Metallic Materials and Chemicals Committee of the Department of Trade and Industry gave approval for 50 per cent support of two major new research projects at PRA. Both are concerned with mechanisms, one of drier action the other of anti‐corrosive paints, at a total cost of nearly £800,000 over a 3‐year period commencing in February 1987.
