THE NATIONAL INSURANCE (INDUSTRIAL INJURIES) (COLLIERY WORKERS SUPPLEMENTARY SCHEME) AMENDMENT ORDER 1967

Abstract

Whereas the National Coal Board have requested the Minister of Social Security (hereinafter referred to as “the Minister”) to vary and amend the provisions of the Supplementary Scheme set out in the Schedule to the National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) (Colliery Workers Supplementary Scheme) Amendment and Consolidation Order 1963 as subsequently varied and amended(b) in manner set out in the following order:
