The Awards and Settlements (Temporary Continuation of Standstill) (No. 2) Order 1969

Abstract

Whereas by virtue of a reference to the National Board for Prices and Incomes under section 2(1) of the Prices and Incomes Act 1966(a) (the text whereof was published on 18th March 1969 in both the London and the Edinburgh Gazettes) the implementation of the settlement described in Article 2 hereof relating to the pay of workers in the exhibition industry was forbidden by section 15(2) of that Act;
