Abstract

The Industrial Injuries Joint Authority, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 34(1) of the National Insurance (Industrial Injuries) Act 1965 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following regulations which have been referred to the Industrial Injuries Advisory Council:—
