Abstract

The Secretary of State for Social Services, in conjunction with the Treasury, in exercise of powers conferred by section 6(5) of, and paragraph 1 of Part I of Schedule 4 to, the National Insurance Act 1972, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Order:—
